your first step at equinox hair design
If you're new to Equinox Hair Design, your first step is a complimentary virtual consultation. This gives us a chance to talk about your hair goals, previous color history, inspiration photos and the service that will best fit your needs.
For all new clients, I require a consultation which gives me a better understanding of your hair goals and how to appropriately book timing for your services! I like to use visuals such as hair inspiration photos found on Pinterest or my own photos to better communicate hair service goals. A virtual consultation MUST be completed before booking your first appointment.
After filling out your “New Client” questionnaire, please be prepared with several photos of your current hair in natural lighting. You can either send me personal message or email (robyn@hairsalonmanorville.com) your current hair pictures and inspiration photos. An in-salon consultation may be necessary! This is a 15 minute complimentary service used to get to know each other better and give me a chance to ask questions about and feel your hair.
**Any appointment that is booked prior to having the virtual consultation and are not followed up with the emails and a response from me, will be cancelled and the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the booked service.**
